Ingredients

4 Âé¶¹TVÍøÕ¾ Original Sandwich Bread, drizzled with olive oil and toasted
10 (approx.) Strawberries, hulled and cut into small cubes
3 Peaches (peeled if desired), cut into small cubes
2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar (white is preferred)
1 pkg (approx. 113 g) Cranberry goat cheese
1 cup Fresh basil, rinsed, dried and cut into slivers


Instructions

  1. Cut each slice of toasted bread into halves lengthwise
  2. Generously spread goat cheese onto each slice
  3. Top with strawberry mixture and garnish with basil
