Ingredients
4 | Âé¶¹TVÍøÕ¾ Original Sandwich Bread, drizzled with olive oil and toasted |
10 (approx.) | Strawberries, hulled and cut into small cubes |
3 | Peaches (peeled if desired), cut into small cubes |
2 tbsp | Balsamic vinegar (white is preferred) |
1 pkg (approx. 113 g) | Cranberry goat cheese |
1 cup | Fresh basil, rinsed, dried and cut into slivers |
Instructions
- Cut each slice of toasted bread into halves lengthwise
- Generously spread goat cheese onto each slice
- Top with strawberry mixture and garnish with basil
