All of our products are free from gluten, dairy, tree nuts, and peanuts and are made with the highest-quality ingredients. For your convenience, full ingredient lists, and nutrition facts can be found on the products page of our website.

We are committed to food safety and our facility follows a globally recognized Food Safety and Quality program called BRCGS (Brand Reputation through Compliance Global Standards). We have procedures in place to control any risks associated with the allergens we handle (eggs, soy, sesame) and to prevent cross-contamination. Our swab program is validated by third-party labs to ensure the safety of our products for consumers. Our muffins contain egg, and thorough cleaning procedures are conducted during product switch-overs. A number of our bread products are topped with sesame. We do not have any nuts or dairy in the facility. Our Brownies are free from the top 11 allergens and are produced on a dedicated line with dedicated equipment. No, due to the shelf life on our product, we can ship ambient. 

Our products arrive fresh and ready to enjoy but if you are not able to consume immediately that's no problem, just pop it into the freezer. Our products can be thawed and refrozen for future use.
